Boss recently unveiled the second iteration of its popular Katana amp series. Retaining the same core controls and looks of its predecessor, the MkII version adds a variation switch to the amp models and dual ring knobs on the effects side for a plethora of tonal options. First we&cycle through a few amp and effect combinations before giving the amp a full workout in a demo track. Note that we dialled back the crunch channel for the clean tones and boosted the clean channel for the overdrive tone. -
