Диск с литургией времён Петра Первого был записан в храме-ротонде в честь Рождества Богородицы, построенном в начале 18 века князем Григорием Долгоруковым в селе Подмоклово. Почти вся музыка литургии была написана в годы строительства храма. Это обработки знаменного, греческого и киевского распевов. Многие песнопения хранятся в рукописях из Москвы, Ярославля и Каргополя. В записи литургии принимал участие настоятель храма - протоиерей Дионисий Крюков, некогда возглавивший полную реставрацию этого уникального памятника архитектуры. Диск записан ансамблем Хронос. The compact disk with Russian early baroque Liturgy was recorded in the Church of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin. The Rotunda-Church was built by Prince Grigory Dolgorukov in his family manor of Podmoklovo. The music of the Liturgy was composed during the construction of the church (or a bit earlier). There are the polyphonic sets of different kinds of monody such as Old Russian Znamenny and Demestvenny chants, Kievsky and Greek chants. Arch-priest Dionisius Kryukov, who led the restoration of the church, took part in the recording. The CD was recorded by Chronos ensemble.
