12 Mile bike ride home using gopro maxx

here I take you on my 3× a week routine. it starts out with me arriving to work in the early a.m. and making my way through west sacramento into Del Paso Heights with a lil story time in between. I started cycling to work on my 2021 kona lava dome mtb. I am waiting for my road bike to arrive.  my main motivation is bettering my overall health and trying to stay active and healthy with my battle against the bulge ( get in Maa belly!) thanks for watching. #sacramento
