Some call these kick overs. Workouts will help increase your flexibility and doing regular exercise is great fun for improving your health. Show off your new back walkover move to your friends. Take time to learn it right without getting injured, then work on style - keeping your legs straight and feet pointed. You should be physically fit and have some gymnastics training before you try these. Always start with the easier moves (back bend, kickover, etc.) and work your way up to the harder moves. The difference between a back bend kickover and a back walkover is that the back bend kickover is 2 moves - the back walkover is one smooth motion with no stops in between.
