Two of the segments include audio for front and interior recording. This should provide information to help make an informed decision when considering purchase of this item. Shopping experience from this buyer: I am always skeptical when buying anything for the first time. So I searched many of the dash cams offered on Amazon. Eventually I landed on this dash cam. It seemed to fit my needs and was within my price range. I realy on customer reviews about 5% when considering a purchase. Mostly because I have purchased items that had low review ratings only to find there were no issues with the item. With that said, I have to say, I am very impressedwith this little dash cam. The video quality, although not the best in the world, is pretty goo The pictures are clear in both day and night time settings (night time is a little grainy but this is not some top dollar item with military grade night vision). The audio is pretty decent! I play music and have captured some of it in the audio and it sounds pretty good. I don&normally drive with the audio activiated but when I have, it is clear and acceptable. The set up on this is pretty straight forward and navigating the menu is as easy as it gets.
