Chorus Comparison MXR 234 vs MXR 134 into a Laney Lionheart L20H Amp #guitarpedals #mxr #choruspeda

This is a comparison of a MXR M234 &chorus&and a MXR M134 &CHORUS&For this video both pedals are in mono. The chorus pedals are going into the front of a Laney Lionheart L20H head and then into a 2 x 12 Celestion impulse response. The overdrive (in the overdriven section) is from an MXR Duke of Tone placed before the chorus pedals. I was really impressed by the sound of both these pedals, especially the M134 (the yellow pedal). It is a very lush chorus sound mixed with a hint of phaser. Both pedals are a great alternative to the standard Roland chorus effect. I used the bridge pickup on a USA Fender Stratocaster for all the recorded guitar parts.
