The unit's service members regularly conduct combat sorties to the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region, penetrating deep into enemy-controlled airspace. Their primary objectives include objectively monitoring the movement of enemy personnel and equipment, searching for and destroying temporary deployment points, artillery, and other firepower of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and disrupting logistics operations such as the delivery of ammunition, fuel, and lubricants, and the rotation of Ukrainian fighters. As soon as reconnaissance using the Zala UAV detects camouflaged enemy positions, equipment, or manpower concentrations, the target coordinates are immediately transmitted to the command post. After confirmation and a decision to engage, the identified enemy targets on the right bank of the Dnieper are destroyed with precision strikes from the Lancet UAV or Krasnopol missiles.
