FIAT continues its mission to develop sustainable mobility for cities and turn them into relaxing playgrounds where driving becomes an easy and sustainable experience accessible to all. Such an objective becomes a reality thanks to the new 2024 FIAT Topolino, a joyful and cool new electric car for everyone. Topolino means "small mouse" but was also the Italian translation of "Mickey Mouse," which was the common name given to the original Fiat 500 built from 1936 to 1955. Based on the Citroen Ami platform, Topolino&engine combines a 5.5 kWh battery with an 8 hp motor mounted on the front axle. This gives up to 47 miles (75.6 kilometers) of range, one mile more than the Ami, along with a charging time of less than four hours and a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h), and It can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h) in 9.5 seconds. Topolino will be built alongside its Citroën Ami and the Opel Rocks-e in Stellantis’s Morocco factory. Prices are yet to be confirmed but are likely to mirror the Citroën Ami’s £8,000. However, Fiat says that it will be priced to match the monthly cost of public transit. Fiat will offer the Topolino in the UK in 2024. Thank you ???
