Steam Deck OLED LCD - Fix SteamOS 3.5.17 Not Booting After an Update

#steamos In this demo guide I showed that I updated my Steam Deck OLED to the latest SteamOS Stable 3.5.17. This latest update also includes a BIOS update. Sometimes a BIOS update can wipe the EFI entries leaving the Steam Deck unable to boot to SteamOS.
