Reinisch doing quest: Mother's Milk

I went back and looked over the area with my level 80 rogue Noor first, and found a nearby small shelf that would allow Reinisch to get out of combat (since there is no path mobs can use to get to him). This allowed Reinisch to do the quest and hearth out, although his 10-second Psychic Scream might have worked, too.
