Windows Whistler startup sound (Remastered)

I got bored on Halloween and so I decided to recreate the Windows Whistler startup sound effect, it&a fake sound effect and the original was in poor quality. If anyone wants the tutorial, tell me in the comments below! I followed a tutorial online to make this and I know it sounds like I copied someone else&version, but trust me, I made this myself in Audacity.
