Also keep in mind that RAID 0 and striped partitions is risky storage, since if one of the drives fails, you lose all of the data on ALL of the disks. Normal chance of SSD/HDD failure is pretty low, but once you start adding more and more SSDs/HDDs, the chance that ONE of them will fail goes up. This is why I&using my combined SSDs as cache for my HDD and some SSD space dedicated for only temporary writes. This is not a backup, though, since if my HDD fails, I still lose all of my data since that&where it&all stored.
