Mercedes stuck in park - shifter removal tips w215 w220

Hi People, made this short video to help out my fellow w215 owners when the dreaded shifter gets stuck in park. It&a short term fix so hope it helps when your doing work on your motor. I have removed the lever selector completely in order to drive the damn thing. Common problem with these shifters aka ESM Module is a small plastic lever breaks or jams the shifter from getting out of park. Please check forums such as benzworld.org which have extensive info of diffrent issues and how to fixes for vehicles. By removing the selector lever completely the shifter will move freely into all gears even when the hand brake is on. Hence be extra careful when with passengers or kids in the vehicle when the ignition is on.
