*accurate in terms of sound (kinda) The highly requested (and by that I mean a grand total of 2 people and a comment) Bocchi solo has arrived! IMPORTANT NOTES: - This is harder than it sounds. You need to be able to exclusively strum a specific amount of strings and be comfortable with left hand muting. - Technique wise, this is very reminiscent of RHCP&Can&Stop and SRV&Pride and Joy. Those are great prerequisites to this song. - I heavily recommend using your thumb for the low E because it helps with muting (If you&watched my other videos, you might not be surprised to hear this, but it is especially true for this song). I found it harder to play this without doing so. It makes your hand go into a really awkward position that doesn&allow any room to mute the other strings. This thumb thing will be especially handy for the chord at 0:08 that reoccurs throughout the solo. - There are a lot of muted notes that can&be notated in this tab style. Listen for these an apply them accordingly. Other notes: - 0:06 is played as a single note, whereas 0:08 and 0:11 are played as chords. - You might want to use your index finger at 0:09 to mute as I am here in case you accidentally strum the lower strings. - (0:13 and 0:16) Be careful during these parts because natural harmonics may ring out at the 5th and 12th frets. 12th fret especially (0:16) - 0:18 Allow the open A and D to ring out here, but the main focus is the G string.
