Magic Track Pad "CLICK" can become faded over time to the point of not clicking anymore. This proceedure may fix the issue. Be sure to try placing the track pad on an obstruction-free, flat, level surface if it was not already and retest it before trying this fix. If the pointer still moves and it still won&click, then this proceedure may help you regain your click! TEXT VERSION: Carefully pull on and wiggle out rubber feet. Remove hard plastic centers. Glue back in very center of each hole (must not touch sides!) the plastic part of the feet or another maybe slightly taller similar size cylinder made of wood, plastic, or metal. These provide the upward pressure to the switch when you push the pad (and the switch inside) down against the feet at the bottom. You can try to replace the rubber feet covers, but it may be very difficult to not possible be warned. They really aren&necessary except to keep delicate desk tops from getting scratch and to keep the pad from sliding around on harder feet.
