TerrraMaster F4-423 vs Synology DS923+ - Which 4 bay NAS is BEST?

This is a review of the TerraMaster F4-423, a four bay NAS with built in 2.5 GbE networking. This is an incredibly similar unit to the DS923+ from Synology, but cheaper, and with faster built in networking.
