The KTM and Husqvarna TPI engine CRANKCASE PRESSURE SENSOR ISSUE Repair - Free and easy Fix to get rid of the rough idle, spluttering and bogging down of the TPI engine. Cause of the issue: Dirt gets past the green O-ring and messes with the Crankcase Pressure sensor and/or the ambient pressure sensor by blocking or allowing too much air flow which upsets the TPI ECU. The reality is you need to address any issue relating to the two sensors before you make any modifications to the bike. If cleaning doesn&work, swap the sensors over to see if there is an issue with the Crankcase pressure sensor - then replace the sensor if the running gets better.
