How to turn Magnifier on and off in Windows® 7 PC

Follow the steps given in the video to turn Magnifier on and off on a Windows® 7 based PC. The Magnifier program can enlarge a portion of the screen or all of it like a magnifying glass. If you want you can set it to run every time the PC starts.
