This one was hard! 40 Minutes of 35lbs Weight Vest Calisthenics and 20minutes of abs work at the end. Full Routine: 10 Rounds of 5 Sets: 5 Chin Ups 12 Squats 12 Push Ups 20 Jumping Jacks 12 Dips 20 Core/Abs Moves 20minutes: Random Abs / Core moves 45 Seconds Work / 15 Seconds rest. The weight vest makes things a lot tougher so I allow more rest between sets than my usual workouts. #cardio
