Assetto Corsa SteamVR Settings using Content Manager

This guide walks you through the settings I use in Content Manager and SteamVR to give me a good looking and smooth experience in Assetto Corsa. It&worth noting that I use Steam VR with a Valve Index, other headsets may have different settings available so whilst this should still work, you may have to adapt some of it.
