Samsung CLX-6220FX Paper Exit System Crash

Hi all, my Samsung CLX-6220 MFP Printer crashes every time when i want to print. It is not just a normal paper jam. It is 2 years and 2 months old (Purchase date: July 2011) and has printed less than 1.500 pages. Samsung does not provide any support or help because it is older than 2 years. This is why i want to ask the community for help. I already have replaced the optical paper exit sensor but this does not fix the problem. Does anybody have the same problem or any idea to fix this issue? Thanks. *** UPDATE, ISSUE FIXED Thanks to Gijs *** - go to the menu on the printer - go to System Setup - Machine Set up - Export Settings (you need USB memory, export both addresses and set up data) - go to System Setup - Clear Settings - Clear All Settings - go to System Setup - Machine Set up - Import Settings (import both addresses and set up data) Problem solved, and all settings are still there.
