Some videos mention you need an older version of Bluetooth Auto Connect; for us, it works the same with the latest version; the older "Connect Now" button is simply replaced by the very first "Connect" option of the newer version of the app, and executes the same action. We have not had any improvement using the older version over the latest on Google Play. We are the indie team of 2 behind Fractal Space, a first-person puzzle game on Android & iOS; we are now working on a longer, more complex PC version: Sony Dualshock 4 (PS4) controller is only supported by Google from Android 9 Pie. This means that most games won’t run properly (wrong mapping) with older versions of Android with a Dualshock 4 via Bluetooth. We’ve recently added full support of Dualshock 4 via Bluetooth for Fractal Space and Fractal Space HD on Google Play to have the correct mapping! However, on versions before Android 9 Pie, there is a common Android bug (the reason why it’s not officially supported by Google): "After 30s of connection, the Dualshock 4 suffers from severe input lag until next time your re-connect the controller" This may be valid for other controllers that aren’t officially supported by Google. The only way to fix this is to perform the following steps: 1) Install Bluetooth Auto Connect by UniqTec from Google Play 2) Pair and connect your Dualshock 4 controller with your Android device as usual 3) Open Bluetooth Auto Connect 4) Scroll down to open Advanced Options 5) Set Continuous...
