Longan Konnyaku Jelly ● Homemade Recipe Ingredients: 1 packet 10g Konnyaku Jelly Powder 1 canned Longan Water (about 700ml) 5 tablespoons caster sugar Steps: Sieve the longan with the heavy syrup Cut the longan into half and place in the mould Top up the longan syrup with water until total 950ml Pour the longan syrup into a medium pot Stir in the Konnyaku Jelly Powder and sugar Bring to boil Continue to stir and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes Remove from heat and pour into the mould Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) FOLLOW US ON: SUBSCRIBE US:
