This 35 minute shoulder opening/strengthening class explores what I call "extreme cactus arms," side plank, and how to perform something called "Bhekasana grip" in your thigh stretches. You&need 2 yoga blocks of any type for this class. In my aim to help make yoga more accessible, I’ve posted my teaching on a free platform.
