There has been a ton of progress. So much, in fact, that a first release is probably pretty close. --- Most of the changes happened under the hood and can&immediately be seen in the video. Among those are: - basically a completely reworked approach for maximum compatibility. I&now hooking directly into Skyrim&native crosshair selection and doing my changes there. This allows for compatibility with mods such as QuickLootRE - sub object detection: for larger objects that are made up of multiple collision meshes, the plugin will now detect the one the camera is aimed at and select that. One example of that would be double doors: they are one object with multiple collision meshes. Now, depending on which one the player looks at, the correct door will be highlighted - new debug draws using Scaleform - tons of fixes to my maths, making the object selection a lot more reliable and less error prone - the 3D widget now uses Skyrim&native object selection widget, only moved to wherever it&needed. This is much better for compatibility with other mods editing the HUD, as it allows the changes to be carried over. The plugin should now also be fully compatible with SkyHUD - which needed some specific changes to work properly. For other HUD mods, it may or may not need patches --- A few of the more obvious things that can be seen in the video: - an improved and finished 3D widget - full compatibility with QuickLootRE and True Directional Movement - even more accurate bounding boxes.
