Katixa's Skill Lock / Cap - Skyrim Mod

This mod allows you to set a cap for each skill individually, so you can create a template and don&worry about skill books, or getting gains by mistake in skills you don&want for that character. What&on the video: First example shows how locking Pickpocket at 15 avoids getting gains from reading a pickpocket book. Current skill is 15, so setting cap to 15 means the skill progress is locked. Then I set the cap to 40, so we still have 25 points to gain on that skill (from 15 to 40), and reading a second books gives gains again (skill is unlocked). On the second example I show the skill progress for One-Handed. Skill is 15, and cap is 15, so the skill is locked for progress. Using a one-handed weapon doesn&progress in the skill as can be seen. Then the skill gets unlocked when removing the cap (it is set to "default"), so hitting the guards does once again allow skill progress.
