Это вторая песня из цикла "ПЕСНИ ПРО МЕНТА ЗАХАРКУ". Мент Захарка - это собирательный образ коррумпированного мента, который вобрал в себя типичные черты оборотней в погонах. Никого конкретно я не описываю. Однако, если кто-то узнает здесь себя, то вопросы не ко мне. Все совпадения - случайность, а на воре и шапка горит. Всего планируется 10 песен. Постараюсь завершить ко дню Милиции. Я не певец и не поэт, песен никогда в жизни не писал. Поэтому прошу прощения за любительское исполнение. This is the second song from the cycle "About Cop Zakharko". Zakharko is a collective image of corrupted police officer, who instead of protecting the rights of citizens and punishing criminals does the reverse. For bribes he releases criminals from prison and from liability, fakes and forges documents, expertises, certificates and signatures, roughly breaks the law. Using his position he takes property from honest citizens and so on. No one can stop him - neither prosecutors nor senior leaders. So my method of fighting with them is song.
