Skyrim water bug. Fixed.

Turns out by installing ENB series mod which uncapped my FPS made me run the game at a stable 120+ FPS. And since I have a 60Hz monitor turned out that the problem was the high FPS. Who knew? I turned on Vsync in the enblocal.ini file and it fixed this. At first I capped the FPS to 60 and Vsync still off, but that causes some major screen tearing. So after Vsync everything is fine. Runs smooth as butter :)
