Welcome back to the channel, today sticking with a classic pump and dump routine. 100 5 pump burpees with a squat chaser. The day after Sunday was brutal, Monday at work was no fun but I made it Thru. Took a few days rest and we’re back At it today. Todays routine is as follows 100- 5 pump burpees / with a squat chaser 20:45 Wanted to get around twenty or under but feel short. Mulholland FIT🦍
