How to Install Black Ops II Plutonium!

Disclaimer: I do not know if this will work WITHOUT owning the steam version of the game. If you do not have the steam version of the game and it is not working for you, I do not know what to tell you. The MW3 plutonium version requires you to have MW3 installed on your computer and Black Ops II is likely the same way. If you follow this guide and the game still does not work, then I do not know what to tell you other than you will have to go to the forums or ask the plutonium devs for help on twitter.
