Honda GX690 wont start

On a job the other day my Honda GX690 wouldn&start. I checked all the things, battery connection, oil level etc. I got the cover off and checked the fuse and it was blown. I put another fuse in and smoke started coming from the area where the burnt wires were. In the video I show how i jumped the burnt wires and was able to finish the job with a running Honda GX 690!
