How to Undervolt and Overclock AMD RX Vega 56 | Tutorial

This is a short tutorial on how to undervolt and overclock AMD Radeon RX Vega 56. This method can also be used to undervolt Vega 64 and other AMD cards like the RX 580, RX 480, RX 470 and RX 570 etc. You can also flash the RX Vega 56 with a Vega 64 BIOS, leading to significant performance gains.
