HOW TO COOK WHITE TAPIOCA PEARLS

I was trying to make a dessert using this Tapioca Pearls. I went to the supermarket and never found anything. A friend told me that I can buy this in some Asian stores. Im so happy that I found it! However, the packaging doesn&have any instructions. I thought it just needs to be boiled! So i tried to boil this and it is frustrating that it still has the white part in the middle! I went to search in the internet on how to cook this! I failed a lot until a friend of min taught me the right way how to do it! So basically, you just need water to cook it ant time!
