One way to get rid of your check engine light and VTM-4 light that doesn’t turn off. If your check engine light is for the air fuel sensor 1 bank 1 and catalytic converter, first replace only the air fuel sensor. I bought the part from AutoZone. They also loan the socket tool. After I changed the sensor, my VTM-4 light turned off. The light had been on for months. Mechanics told me the VTM-4 control unit looked fine and sometimes another fault can trigger it. The Check engine light turned off after about 40-50 miles and starting the car about 3 times (not in that order). (Sorry for the video layout. Landscape next time ?)
