Nitecore EDC25 Ultra Slim LED Torch: Review

The new EDC25 from Nitecore is the latest model to feature upgraded NiteLab LEDs, this gives a longer range v the EDC27 and improved efficiency at some power levels. Nitecore also changed the switches, added a proximity sensor, and the body is now made from Aero grade Aluminium. It has a 4 level battery/output LED scale instead of the EDC27&OLED display. Is the EDC25 an upgrade to the EDC27?
