Pak explorer update & NsaneSwap

So, i&reworked explorer, it works better now, also added two new features - import and patching. Import allows you to import stuff between paks. Technically works, but couldn&make something really working with it, had no time. Patching - automatically modifies files of game, so players could download light scripts (maybe with extra assets) and not chunks of game&assets.
