Headphone Soundcore Anker Life Q20 - Battery Charging Problem

I’ve bought my Soundcore Anker Life Q20, but since the second time that I needed to change, it is not charging. For the first time I charged, it took more than 8 hours to charge, but the second time, it did not charge anymore. I already tried different USB cables and chargers, and for more than 24 hours in the charger. Also tried to reset, pressing + volume and power buttons. The led does not even turn red when I charge it, it won&turn on as well.
