Aquaplanet SUP board review. Please read all text, a new board has been supplied. After purchasing 2 SUP boards both valves leak before use which can be normal during transit I am informed. Customer services advise of repair and although it slows the leak both boards fail to seal correctly. The boards leaked from new, before use as I inflated both to check for leaks leaving them for 24 hours fully inflated. The supplier requested me to refit valve and tighten it appeared to slow the leak so we took them out. We used the boards once for 1 hour and both boards were still leaking loosing about 7 pressure overnight. I could stop the leaks after approx. 6 hours of trying. I tried for a few days to stop the leaking valves and after 3 weeks one of the boards now stays inflated. This was a simple case of deflate, inflated, tighten, untighten a very tiring process. The other board however does not stay inflated. I submerged the board and found a minute hairline crack in the red side panel under the letter A. There is no puncture mark, no damage and no visual reason but on photographing and zooming in you can see a crack consistent with the patter of the plastic structure deep in the plastic. I called customer services who have been good but the tried to imply that I had used the board and I may have caught the board, punctured it and I could repair it.
