Day 6 of the Splits Challenge! With this full splits routine, you will nail your splits practice. We will work in your Front Splits, Middle Splits and Straddle Splits. This class is the follow up of the 5 free LIVE Splits Challenge classes I gave in January 2023. Have nearby if possible yoga blocks/books and a strap/towel, cushions for the knees and a resistance band. **** ?
