This design adds a dual-use function to the JST-XH extractor which guarantees successful terminal extractions for "Virgin" connectors... connectors that have never been extracted before. Often these "Virgin" connectors have the terminals slightly embedded in the plastic which causes extraction resistance. Watch the video for visual explanation. HISTORY: I designed these extractor tools out of necessity for use on in-house equipment. Prior to the development of these tools each terminal had to extracted individually with much difficulty and often damage to the terminal and sometimes myself... blood on the work-bench.
