Fix ADB Failed to Install APK Failure INSTALL FAILED VERSION DOWNGRADE

In this video, we will show you the steps to fix the ADB Failed to Install APK Failure INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE. This error usually happens when you are trying to downgrade a system app on your Android device. The reason for the same is the fact that some files are still left behind even after executing the adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 PackageName command, so you will have to execute another command [shown in the video] to completely remove the app from your device. After that, you could use the adb install command to install the older version of that app without any issues!
