Tkinter scale to manage the alpha value of the parent window attribute to make it transparent

We will place one scale to return the value from 0.1 to 1 using a step value or resolution of 0.05. This value we get will set the value for alpha to make the window transparent. Using the scale we can increase or decrease the value of alpha gradually and accordingly the window background transparency will change.
