Sapphire 7900 XTX temperature issue (hotspot). Horizontal and vertical mount.

Lots of AMD 7900 XTX reference cards got temperature problems. This video show&the problem of the thermal throttling. Some users experience problems when they use their card in the &horizontal position. Others, like myself experience thermal throttling when I place the card in a vertical position. To be clear: my default case is not the NR200P but the SSUPD Meshlicious.
