Why is Russia silent?

Why does Russia tolerate the boorish behavior of Britain & the US? As soon as an american or british reconnaissance drone takes off from a NATO base in Turkey toward Russia, disaster is on the way. This means, that strikes on our territory will follow, & there will be more civilian casualties. Why aren&we shooting down NATO reconnaissance planes over the Black sea? Personally, I don&care that the UN still hasn&recognized the peninsula&annexation by Russia. Why is our peace policy so vague & perceived by hostile regimes as weakness? As the saying goes, the sovereign is kind & doesn&want to quarrel with anyone, thereby encouraging enemies to launch new attacks & provocations. Why aren&we shooting down NATO reconnaissance drones, that are causing us harm? Of course, we could shoot them down. But we don&because there&no such order. Yet we&being attacked, & we&forced to respond, like Nebenzya at the UN podium, where this legalized zoo of animals does nothing, but sleep & yawn. At least we¬ drawing new red lines to the derision of others. Why isn&the Kremlin responding to the "Storm Shadow" strike on Bryansk, where people died? And while Bryansk buries the dead & counts the wounded, the official reports are eerily silent. Why have our "red lines" turned to dust again?
