Nikon Z9 freezing

I’ve been having trouble with my Z9 freezing on occasion and today I was able to get this video right before it completely bricked on me. The camera would freeze at random and all of the buttons were non-responsive (including the power switch). After a few seconds it “reboots” and would revert to old settings that were in the camera prior to the session where it froze (I.e., not the most recent settings). The camera is only 3 weeks old and was running firmware 3.0 (I’ updated the firmware first thing after unboxing). The problem happened at random times so was difficult to capture, but this morning it was almost completely unusable due to freezing so I was able to record what was happening. I took it to my local camera store and switching batteries didn’t help.
