Steps to fix your device. 1. Carefully pry off the bottom cover 2. Unscrew the green main body screws 3. Unscrew the HDD caddy screws 4. Remove the top cover 5. Remove the metal housing on top 6. Pull out the HDD caddy carefully 7. Unplug the HDD 8. Unscrew the old HDD from the caddy 9. Install new HDD 10. Put the unit back together 11.
