Mitsubishi WD720U-G DLP Projector Repair Part 1

This Mitsi WD720U-G was sent in because it had a LED warning that indicated "service was required". Very descriptive I know. Upon opening, I was greeted by the tell-tale smell of Endust cleaner. For some reason cleaning companies tend to use Endust spray and all it does on electronics is make a nice layer of glue to attract dust. It contributes quickly to ruining projectors. This one was already being water boarded as you will see. This video shows disassembly and cleaning. I also re-build the Optic module with a scrap yard optic assembly I saved from another projector. I DO NOT recommend cleaning the inside of your Optic Module unless its 100% needed. There is my disclaimer. Thanks for watching. This repair also applies to the WD700U and WD740U.
