The Yamaha MO 6/8 was released in 2006, and offers a broad palette of music styles, especially natural organ sounds, and pads with a lot of versatile arpeggio variations. The synth owns the sound palette of high quality Motif series, but misses the audio interface of his successors MOX, MOXF, and MOD. In my opinion programming is hard to manage without the manual, and is not such an intuitive experience like with other workstation from different brands, such as Korg and Roland. The limitation to 64 voice polyphony leads to audible dropouts through complex sessions at least in the performance mode. The demo sounds you can hear are factory performance sounds from categories Musical FX and Combi played without using DAW or internal sequencer, and without using knobs or sliders, for some samples I have used a sustain pedal. This is only a selection of my favorites and far below 50% of the entire list. If one or more sound is of interest you can ask me in the comments for the sound name.
