'92 Honda CBR600 F2 broken starter-boss repair

I broke the boss off the case of my CBR6 and didn&really know what else to do. The guys at FIREBLADES.ORG have a decent conversation started, but I wasn&happy with the idea of bump-starting my bike for the rest of the summer. There is an entire spectrum of options available, this is just my opinion of how to handle the situation.
