Program ETRF_ITRF predstavlja C# konzolnu aplikaciju namenjenu za transformaciju kartezijan koordinata izmedju razlicitih realizacija Medjunarodnog terestrickog referentnog sistema (ITRS) i Evropskog terestrickog referentnog sistema 89 (ETRS89), ukljucujuci i prilagodjavanje epohe. Alat podrzava transformacije izmedju ETRF89, ETRF90, ETRF91, ETRF92, ETRF93, ETRF94, ETRF96, ETRF97, ETRF2000, ETRF2005, ETRF2014, ETRF2020, kao i ITRF88, ITRF89, ITRF90, ITRF91, ITRF92, ITRF93, ITRF94, ITRF96, ITRF97, ITRF2000, ITRF2005, ITRF2008, ITRF2014 i ITRF2020. Aplikacija uzima u obzir translacije, rotacije, faktore razmere i njihove vremenske derivate, cime obezbedjuje tacnost u razlicitim epohama. Softver ukljucuje korisnicki prilagodjen interfejs za unos koordinata i brzina, sa propagacijom epohe radi pracenja dinamickih promena, a validiran je u odnosu na EPN GNSS alat za transformacije.
